How do you find an interior angle in an irregular polygon?

I understand how to find the angles and the sum of the angles for regular polygons but what about irregular ones? The question I'm dealing with asks me to find an interior angle in a trapezoid. Specifically, it is the angle in the lower left corner between the base of a the trapezoid and a line which cuts it in half diagonally. What's the best method for solving this?
