I might have super healing.?

I cut my self on accident with one of my ninja stars on my elbow. That was about half an hour ago from me posting this and I cant find where I cut myself. The only way i can is by feeling around till i feel a slight pain. it was deep because it bled thru 2 bandages before it stopped. is it possible that i have super healing?
