I dont understand irregular polygons? 10 easy points for all of you smart people [x?

well i know that you have to divide them into shapes you know but like for example i split it up and theres a rectangle and a triangle. theres these little dots in the bottom but it doesnt give me the number of that section like how do i figure it out? Help please :[
