What happens when an adult gets burned on the face from a fire torch and suffers a 2 degree burn?

2 Degree Burns are normally the ones that blister but I think its normally the 3rd degree burns that doctors WILL bandage up and would have possibly burned off your skin. A doctor might bandage a 2 degree burn if its on the face i don't know but i do recommend seeing a doctor when someone ever has any injury etc to the face especially.
