PS3 help please! graphic messed up?

Ok, so i played the hell out of my ps3 and one morning the screen in mgs4 was flickering inverted colors :/ so i tried another game, i put assassins creed brotherhood and it has texture poping, knda like polygons spiking out but i get this problem nonly in games. i have no idea what it is. help plz
